By the age of nine, Bob had already experienced the hardships of life. His mother had abandoned the family, his father was strict, and his grandfather was controlling. If that wasn't enough, he then contracted a near-fatal form of meningitis which led to the amputation of all four limbs and visits to the burn unit. During a coma, a mysterious visitor gave him the choice to either live without the life he had planned or to die. But he kept going.
